DMUSD Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P)
The State of California has recently passed legislation providing funding for afterschool, summer, and enrichment opportunities for students in grades K-6 through the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P). This program was developed to help families who are low income, foster children, homeless, and English language learners. At DMUSD, access to these opportunities will be provided through our After School Program (ASP) for students
To be eligible for the ELOP funding, your family must qualify one of 4 ways:
- Qualify for the free or reduced meals through the National School Lunch Program. If you think your family meets low-income status, please complete the form
- Your student is a foster child
- Your family is homeless
- Your child is considered an English Language Learner through the English Language Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC)
