Our Program
Our After School Program offers an extraordinary opportunity to encourage students to build on their classroom experiences, expand their horizons and have fun! Our dedicated and caring team provide a critical link to curriculum; help children master new skills, model excitement for learning, and foster an environment to develop a sense of belonging.
 
Our amazing After School Program staff is committed to providing every child with interactive, highly engaging activities to meet the needs of the whole child and create positive creative learning environments. Our program is designed to provide enriching varied activities through high quality care. Expect stories from your child about indoor & outdoor games, art, crafts, music, play, math, science, cultural awareness, completing homework, snack time, friendship building and FUN!
 
Schedule
  • Five days a week: Monday – Friday
 
Tuition
  • $610 a month (Yearly $6100 equally divided by 10 months of school)
  • This price includes ALL early release days during parent-teacher conference week
 
There are no refunds or credits for unused days. 
 
Hours
School dismissal – 6:00 pm
 
Kindergarten Half-Day
From August 14, 2023 - September 22, 2023, when the Kindergarten students are attending half-day school, all kinder students will be assessed an additional $200 fee per month for the months of August and September for the additional care.
 
Facility Closures
The After School Program will be closed on specified days each year. The fee schedule/monthly rate will not be adjusted based on these closures.
 
For the 2023-24 school year, the following days will be non-operational days and no care will be provided:
 
Sept 4 – Labor Day
November 10 – Veterans Day Observed
November 20-24 – Thanksgiving Break
December 21 - Staff Inservice Day
December 22 – Jan 5 – Winter Break
January 15 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
February 19-20 – Presidents’ Days Observed
February 21 – In Lieu of Admission Day
February 22-23 – Local Release Days
April 1-5 – Spring Break
May 27 – Memorial Day
 
May 30 - Last Day of ASP!
